Cierra Mason BUCKLEY SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization announced its 2024 Individual Reservists of the Year awards for the Airman, noncommissioned officer, senior non-commissioned officer, and company and field grade officer categories, July 18, 2024. “The unwavering dedication, professionalism, and commitment of our Individual Reservist to service are invaluable to our organization and the Air Force Reserve and our active-duty component,” said Col. Nathan Day, Commander, HQ RIO and Board President. “The Board members conducted a thorough review of each record, and it was immediately clear that we are privileged to have such a remarkably talented and accomplished group of IRs within our ranks. Jacob Humphreys - Non-Kinetic Fires Cell non-commissioned officer, United States Indo-Pacific Command, Camp H.M Smith, Hawaii. (Detachment 2, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii.) HQ RIO has awarded him the title of 2024 IR of the Year for the NCO category. Master Sgt. Mark Docken- Individual Mobilization Augmentee to Superintendent, Maintenance and Modifications, C-17 Division, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. (Detachment 4, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.) HQ RIO has awarded him the title of 2024 IR of the Year for the SNCO category. Capt. Rachel Jones, Operations Officer, 570th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Hill AFB, Utah. (Detachment 4, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.) HQ RIO has awarded her the title of 2024 IR of the Year for the CGO category. Maj. Caitlin Harris - Director of Human Weapon Systems and Concept Development and Management office Competitive Project Officer, Secretary of the United States Air Force, Fort Washington, Md. (Detachment 7, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C) HQ RIO has awarded her the title of 2024 IR of the Year for the FGO category. “The hard work and dedication of our Individual Reservist was evident in the nominees that were put forward for the HQ RIO 2024 IR of the Year Award,” said Chief Master Sgt.
