HQ RIO Customer Service Hour

The HQ RIO Customer Service Hour is a twice-weekly virtual assistance event held to provide immediate assistance to IRs with questions.  Read this page carefully so you know what time and what days you can find the help you need. 

Please note that the Customer Service Hour is for help and answers to questions, not training.  We URGE YOU to take advantage of the information available on this website, especially the QUICK GUIDES, before attending.  

Flexibility is the key to AIRPOWER, and as such, there may be a few caveats.  Any changes to topics or scheduling will be posted here.  
 

**New Saturday Customer Service Hours**

To provide enhanced support for our IR population, we are pleased to announce additional Customer Service Hours beginning this April. These Saturday sessions are designed to give you dedicated time to get your questions answered and receive focused assistance.

Schedule & Topics

  • Customer Service Hour will be offered on the second Saturday of each month (0800–0900 MT) and the fourth Saturday of each month (1400–1500 MT).
  • Breakout rooms will focus exclusively on pay, orders, and travel.

What You Need to Bring

To help our team assist you efficiently, please come prepared with all relevant documents, ticket numbers, and supporting information. Having these items ready ensures we can address your questions more effectively during the session.
