The HQ RIO Customer Service Hour is a twice-weekly and every other Saturday virtual assistance event to provide immediate support to IRs with questions. Read this page carefully so you know what time and what days you can find the help you need. 

Please note that the Customer Service Hour is for help and answers to questions, not training. We URGE YOU to take advantage of the information available on this website, especially the QUICK GUIDES, before attending.  

Flexibility is the key to AIRPOWER, and as such, there may be a few caveats.  Any changes to topics or scheduling will be posted here.  

Schedule & Topics:

• Customer Service Hour will be offered on the second Saturday of each month (8 to 9 a.m. MT/10 to 11 a.m. EST) and the fourth Saturday of each month (2 to 3 p.m. MT/4 to 5 p.m. EST).
• Breakout rooms will focus exclusively on Pay, Orders, and ravel.
