Colonel Sean C. Heup is the Commander of Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization Detachment 4, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. She is responsible for ensuring the readiness, accountability, and personnel support of more than 1,600 Individual Reservists as they integrate with active duty Air Force personnel worldwide.

Colonel Heup enlisted in the Air Force in 1990, then commissioned in 2002 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at the University of Utah. She served on active duty for 12 years before transitioning to the Air Force Reserve where she has experience as traditional guardsman, traditional reservist, and an individual mobilization augmentee.
Col Heup has performed in a variety of operational and staff assignments at the unit, NAF, MAJCOM, and HAF levels. She has also deployed to Southwest Asia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and New Dawn.

Prior to assuming her current position, Col Heup was the Reserve Advisor to the Superintendent and Director of Reserve Forces, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado. She was responsible for the effective utilization and personnel support of Reserve forces assigned to and augmenting the USAFA. Her duties include the oversight of Air Force Reserve personnel programs and overall Air Force Reserve requirements. She worked directly with the USAFA Mission Elements, 10th Air Base Wing, Headquarters Readiness Integration Organization, and the Air Reserve personnel Center and support agencies to manage the personnel service delivery actions of over 300 assigned Reserve Component military members.

LIEUTENANT COLONEL JAIMIE D GALLEGO Lt Col Jaimie Gallego is Chief, Individual Reserve Operations at Detachment 4, JBSA-Randolph, Texas. She oversees personnel actions, force management, readiness, orders writing support plus other care required for assigned Individual Reservists. She coordinates actions with Air Staff, Air Force Personnel Center, Major Commands, Numbered Air Force, Higher Headquarters and Active Component and Air Force Reserve Force Support Squadrons. She oversees management of enlisted promotions, retirements, mandatory separation date, extensions and age waivers for more than 1,400 assigned Individual Reservists.

Lt Col Gallego was commissioned in 2000 following graduation from the University of North Texas. She was on active duty for six years and has been a reservist for seventeen years, serving as a Traditional Reservist, an Air Reserve Technician, and an Active Guard Reserve Airmen. She has served in key roles throughout her career leading to a breadth and depth experience in personnel. Prior to her current position, Lt Col Gallego was Chief, Assignments Division at the Air Reserve Personnel Center located at Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado.

A few of her distinguished roles have been serving in command at the 302d Force Support Squadron at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado prior to her assignment at the Air Reserve Personnel. Prior to command, she participated with active duty on a Voluntary Limited Period of Active Duty (VLPAD) tour at the Air Force Personnel Center. On VLPAD, she served in Officer Special Accession programs office then completed her tour as a board president for the Formal Physical Evaluation Boards. While on active duty, she held key leadership positions in the Military Personnel Flight, several units including with the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program, and as the Deputy Sexual Assault Response Coordinator. While a reservist, she served as Chief, Career Enhancement, a Maintenance Group executive officer, and a Force Support Squadron operations officer.

Chief Master Sergeant Kourtney E. Willich is the Senior Enlisted Leader to Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization, Detachment 4, Scott AFB, Illinois.  SMSgt Willich functions as the command advisor for all aspects of the IMA Program and provides the direct Personnel support to over 1,400 Individual Reservists.
 
SMSgt Willich entered into the Air Force in December 2005 where she completed Basic Military Training at Lackland AFB, Texas, followed by Personnel Apprentice technical training at Keesler AFB, Mississippi. Her background includes various duties in Personnel and Administration to include Flight Chief amongst all sections within the MPF, Reserve Advisor in Sensitive Activities office, and Superintendent of Commander Support Staff.  She has served in the Air Reserve Technician, Traditional Reserve and Active Guard and Reserve components, as well as deployed in support of Operation Noble Eagle, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom. Prior to her current position, the Senior Master Sergeant was the Manager of Individual Reserve Operation, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.
