- New Forms Available (HQ RIO Portal): The VOCO, Annual Tour Special Request Form (ATSRF), Substitution Waiver & Excusal, and ETP late orders/AT request memos have been revised. You can find the latest versions in the HQ RIO Portal (Document Library). Make sure you are using the most current forms for all submissions.

- MPA VOCOs – RIO Det/CC Signature No Longer Required: Detachment Commander signatures are no longer required for MPA VOCOs. Please review GM 25-10 Verbal order to Proceed for signatory authorities based on your active-duty order type
- Annual Tour Special Request Form for Split Annual Tour at assigned organization No Longer Required: There is no longer a requirement to submit an ATSRF for split annual tours at your assigned organization
