HQ RIO is now accepting nominations for Unit Reserve Coordinator of the Year and Fourth Quarter, recognizing the outstanding support provided to our Individual Reservists.
Nomination deadline: 7 Jan 25
- Nominations must be in a narrative format (not to exceed 500 characters), detailing the projects and activities the URC accomplished during the quarter.
- Submission of an AF Form 1206 and identification of the URC’s unit/position is optional, yet strongly recommended for clarity and effectiveness
- Nominees must be officially appointed URCs, with their appointment letter on file
- Nominees will be graded on Mission Impact, readiness / IMA support, Innovation/Process Improvement, Leadership/Collaboration and Scope/Complexity
