Updated Procedure for Submitting IDT-Related Trouble Tickets

To improve support efficiency and ensure timely resolution of technical issues, HQ RIO is implementing an updated procedure for submitting trouble tickets.

Effective immediately, all requests involving supervisor approval or deletion of errors for Inactive Duty Training (IDT) schedules must include clear diagnostic information. Members are required to provide either:

  • A screenshot of the error encountered, or
  • The exact error message text received by the supervisor.

This update is intended to help supervisors and members resolve issues at the lowest level, reduce ticket volume, and allow our support team to focus on broader systemic challenges. These improvements support our ongoing commitment to minimizing administrative delays and strengthening overall mission readiness.
