To provide more consistent and efficient service, HQ RIO has centralized support for all Individual Reservists (IRs) under the Headquarters Element and two specialized Detachments. You'll continue to receive high-quality support, no matter where you are or what you need.

Your process for requesting support is unchanged. Please continue to submit a myFSS case for all inquiries to HQ RIO via the myIMA Tile in one of the following queues:
· AFR IMA RIO Request: General inquiries (requests and inquires that do not apply to the queues below)
· AFR Readiness and Integration Organization Host Aviation Resource Management Program: All HARM-related inquiries (Flight Records, FAC-6 Waivers, etc.)
· AFR RIO Travel: All government travel-related inquiries (DTS, RTS, etc.)
· AFR RIO Medical: All medical-related inquiries
· IMA Reserve Pay: All IR pay and entitlements-related inquires (pay packets, pay actions, orders certifications, leave, etc.)
· Orders Writing Cell Request: All new orders requests, modifications, cancellations, and other orders-related inquiries
Note: All cases submitted to the AFR IMA RIO Request will be forwarded to the appropriate team at the HQ or to one of our Detachment-based Teams for action based on the nature of the request. All cases are best facilitated by the requestor providing a clear description of the request/inquiry.
