Norfolk, Va (March 23, 2025) The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Gettysburg (CG 64) departed Naval Station Norfolk, Sept. 24, 2024, as part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group (HSTCSG) for a regularly scheduled deployment to the U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/U.S. Sixth Fleet area of operations.
