Pinc demonstrated exceptional, people-first leadership by advocating for affected Airmen and securing vital billet realignments to preserve mission continuity. Her precise navigation of complex Reserve processes directly enabled operational readiness for six IMAs within the 92d Cyberspace Operations Squadron.
This quarter she safeguarded the professional records of over 100 Reserve officers by successfully clarifying confusing performance report directives and resolving key promotion barriers.
