Colonel COLONEL TIMOTHY J. LUNDBERG Col. Timothy Lundberg is the Deputy Commander, Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization. He is responsible for integrating over 8,000 wartime ready Individual Reserve forces in more than 50 MAJCOMs, CCMDs, and government agencies to meet Air Force and Combatant Commander requirements. The colonel received his commission from the Air Force Officer Training School in November 2002. He has served on Unit, Wing, Center, Numbered Air Force, Air Force Major Command, Joint Task Force, Multinational and Combatant Commands, and within the Office of the Secretary of Defense as the director of public affairs, the chief of public affairs, media relations chief, community relations chief and as a planning officer. He is a fully joint qualified officer, and he also served as the S3 operations officer and Information Operations Officer on a joint Air Force and Army provincial reconstruction team in Afghanistan where he led mounted and dismounted combat operations. Prior to his current position, Col. Lundberg was the Director, Selection Board Secretariat, where he was responsible for the planning, policy, implementation, execution, and debriefing of over 175 promotion boards annually. These boards impact all Reserve and Guard officers assigned to the U.S. Air Force.
