RIO Connect App to be discontinued effective Oct. 1

This message is to inform you HQ RIO will be discontinuing its RIO Connect app, effective Oct. 1, 2025. This decision aligns with the Department of the Air Force's sunsetting of the Air Force Connect app on June 30, 2025.

The RIO Connect app will no longer provide updates, notifications, or two-way communications within chats and will eventually shut down completely. 

All information previously available on the RIO Connect app has been migrated to our website. You can find key resources at the following locations:

The Air Force is exploring alternative solutions to replace Air Force Connect. We will share any updates as they become available. 

The primary method for contacting HQ RIO or its Detachments remains myFSS. You can also request via myFSS for the Detachment to give you a callback by including your cell number in your request.
