"Unhandled Fault" error workaround in myFSS

We are aware that some IRs are experiencing an "unhandled fault" error when attempting to submit via the myFSS Orders Request link. If this happens to you, fill out this Orders Request Worksheet and submit it via myFSS to the Order Writing Cell - general inquiry queue. We are working with developers to resolve this issue and will keep you updated.
