IR All Call Reminder
HQ RIO will host a virtual IR All Call on 30 January at 1400 MT. The All Call will provide updates related to the expiration of the current Continuing Resolution (CR) on that date, as well as other topics of interest to IRs.

CR Ending 30 January – Travel Authorization Updates
HQ RIO will approve all travel authorizations for 31 January. However, if you have an approved authorization for 31 January but there is no approved budget or Continuing Resolution (CR) in place, do not travel.
All DTS authorizations dated 1–5 February are on hold until a CR is extended or a budget is passed. On 31 January, approvers will process authorizations for 1–5 February; however, travel may not occur until funding is approved. If a budget or new CR for defense spending is passed before 30 Jan, our technicians will approve authorizations for upcoming travel in Feb as soon as possible.
Additionally, when creating a DTS authorization or voucher, ensure you scroll to the bottom under Sign and Submit and sign the document so it routes correctly to the approver.
Reminder: IDT Travel is Based on Duty AFSC
Reminder that IDT travel reimbursement eligibility is based on your duty AFSC (the AFSC tied to your IMA position), not your primary AFSC. Regardless of your primary AFSC, if your duty AFSC is not on the approved IDT travel reimbursement list, you are not eligible for reimbursement.
Reminder: Update Contact Information in vMPF
Have you moved recently, or changed your email address or phone number? It is imperative that you log in to vMPF and ensure your contact information is current. Please verify your home of record address is correct, your military and personal email addresses are accurate, and your home and cell phone numbers are up to date. You can access vMPF by logging in through af.okta.mil.
