EXCITING DTS INFO FOR FY24
You may have seen a recent email from AFRC Commander Lt Gen John Healy regarding DTS. In FY24, AFRC will transition to DTS for all travel vouchers. I know you have questions. More guidance and training will be coming in over the next few months. When we know more, we will let you know.
ARPC DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION UPDATE
While we have been focusing on the HQ RIO digital transition, there are many functions at the ARPC level that are moving to myFSS and myVector. The ARPC website has THIS PAGE with all the updates. Most recently, Reserve Service Verifications, DD Form 214 requests, and Reserve Separation Requests have moved to myFSS. AGR Continuation Decisions have moved to myVector.
DID YOU SUBMIT YOUR WELCOME PACKAGE?
The RPO has made the discovery that some new-ish IMAs haven’t turned in completed welcome packages. When you enter the IMA program, your detachment sends you a finance welcome package to complete. Without it, there are some pay functions that can’t be successfully completed. If you’re unsure whether you have sent in a completed welcome package, submit a case in myFSS to the RPO – Welcome Package selection and double check.
DEVELOPMENTAL EDUCATION APPLICATION WINDOW NOW OPEN
The Applicant Window for the CY23A Reserve School Selection Board (RSSB) has closed, but the next is now open in myVector today, 3 March 2023. All IMAs are encouraged to talk to their leadership and consider applying for the educational opportunities available through the RSSB. If applicants encounter any issues with getting their applications endorsed through their Active Duty leadership chain, they are allowed to coordinate endorsement through their RIO Det as a last option. DETS 3 & 5 DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (MYFSS/MYVECTOR) VISIT SCHEDULED
We recently visited Det 8 in Germany along with ARPC Commander Brig. Gen. Jennie Johnson to discuss the particulars of the ongoing Digital Transformation. Our next two visits are with Det 3 in Colorado Springs and Det 5 at Robins AFB, Ga. The details of these visits can be found HERE. When other details for det visits are scheduled, that link will be updated. Please spread the word. Would love to see as many ARC members in person as possible.
