Our transition to DTS happened 1 Oct, but you may just now be realizing how different things are.  Please ensure you’ve watched the recorded DTS training, use the new quick guides, and join us for the weekly DTS Q&A Café if you have any questions.  All the info, training, and guides can be found HERE. 

MEDICAL MYFSS SUBMISSION HELP

When submitting a medical request through myFSS, please be aware of which option you are selecting to ensure the inquiry will go to the correct category. The more detailed information you can provide, the better we can assist, so one word "i.e., PHAQ" is not a sufficient request. Please be specific regarding what you need for us to best assist you. Finally, if there are any documents you feel might be helpful, make sure to attach them.
