A month and a half into 2023.  I hope all is well.  Now, the Buzz …

IR ALL CALL AND MYFSS DEMO THURSDAY – TWO SESSIONS
The first IR All Call of 2023 will happen twice Thursday, 16 Feb 2023, at 0800 and 1500 MST.  No need to attend both; the two times are being offered to allow some flexibility for time zones and work schedules.

During this All Call, we will brief current IMA issues, answer questions, and Lt Col Erin Karl will provide a demonstration of the new myFSS platform which currently handles travel and medical submissions and will begin being used for pay and orders requests soon.

The event will be a ZoomGov webinar format.  This allows attendees to access it from any government or personal computer or phone.  Attendees can also ask questions in a moderated Q&A format.   For more information and links to the events, check HERE.
 
DID YOU MISS THE IMA STRATEGIC REVIEW INFO SESSION?
Last week the IMA Strategic Review Team did a virtual info session for IRs.  If you missed it, you can watch the recording HERE.  The passcode is: H8bF^!pP
 
MYFSS UPDATES
 As of mid-December, all travel reimbursement and medical requests need to be submitted into myFSS.  If you submit them to myPers via a general inquiry, you’ll receive a reply directing you to myFSS and the ticket will be closed.  We are doing this to ensure time to complete all pending requests in myPers before it shuts down.  Pay and orders are still in myPers now, but will transition to myFSS at the end of this month.
 
NEW EPR/OPR FORMAT INFO NOW ON THE HQ RIO WEBSITE
Many of you have heard that our EPRs and OPRs are changing format.  We will continue to post information concerning this transition on the HQ RIO website HERE, and will update that page with more information as it becomes available.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (MYFSS/MYVECTOR) COMING TO A DET NEAR YOU
With so much changing due to the ongoing Digital Transformation, we will visit the detachments over the coming months to answer questions about myFSS, myVector, and the changes you can expect to see.  I’ll be joined by ARPC leadership.  The schedule is posted HERE, although only the first visit to Germany has the specific date, time, and location right now.  As we firm up the details of each visit, more information will follow.

If you live anywhere near our seven detachments, regardless of whether that is your supporting detachment, keep an eye on that page and join us if you can.  We’d enjoy meeting you and answering your questions.
