NON-CAC ACCESS FOR MYFSS – TEMP FIX FOR OPEN CASES ISSUE
There is a known issue for some members in myFSS that causes open cases to not show on the myFSS home page. The workaround for many is to establish non-CAC access to myFSS. The process is fairly simple. Log in to myFSS.us.af.mil and select “First time Non-CAC User Registration” and follow the prompts. It uses a 3rd party app for your smartphone called OKTA that allows for a simple two-factor authentication rather than a username and password. A bonus is that all the HQ RIO submissions (pay, orders, travel, etc) are set up for non-CAC access, so you can do them from your personal computer or smartphone! If you have trouble creating the non-CAC account, contact the Total Force Service Center, 1-800-525-0102, then select options 6, 1, 2 (in that order) once the menu options begin.
UPCOMING IR ALL CALL AND VIRTUAL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION UPDATE

The session will be recorded and made available on the HQ RIO website the following day for those who can’t attend live. You can attend the meeting at this LINK from any gov’t or personal device.
NEXT vIRO IS 12-14 APR – OPEN TO ALL
The next virtual IR Orientation, a three-day virtual course in all things IMA/PIRR will be held 12-14 April. While members who have recently joined the IMA program can attend on RPA orders, the briefings are open to anyone who would like to participate. A meeting link and agenda will go out closer to the event.
RIO CONNECT UPDATE FOR iPHONES
Apple recently lifted a few restrictions which has lead to the RIO Connect app (iPhone version) receiving an update. If you use the RIO Connect app (and you should!), go to the App Store and download the recent update for improved graphics and functionality.
FINAL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ROAD SHOW DATES SET
Our next visits are with Det 2 at Hickam AFB, Hawaii, on 4 April; Det 7 at JB Anacostia-Bolling, Wash DC, on 13 April; and Det 6 at MacDill AFB, Fla., on 20 April. The details of these visits can be found HERE. Please spread the word. We would love to see as many ARC members in person as possible.
